Harvested in the hills of Uttarakhand, Gahat daal or ‘Horse gram’ is rich in calcium, vitamins, Minerals, phosphorus , iron  and Protein. It is grown in the pollution-free environment of Garhwal and Kumaon without using any chemicals and pesticides.
