Grown in the foothills, larger than the red rajma, white kidney beans have a thin, white skin and a subtle flavour. Rajma beans are more suitable for salads and dishes that require a shorter cooking time.

White kidney beans have a higher mineral content, providing more iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium and zinc. . These organic beans are commonly used to prepare home cooked delicacies like Rajma masala, Rajma curry chawal, Rajma sundal and much more!

Grown in the rich soils Uttarakhand, our organic products are collected, processed and packaged with love, care and hard work by the rural women. At Harela, all our products are directly sourced from the local farmers of Garhwal and Kumaon and are 100% organic and unprocessed.
