The wheat for Daliya is grown in the rich soils of Uttarakhand without the use of pesticides or fertilizers. Rich in fibre content dalia helps in proper digestion, prevents constipation and also improves metabolism.

It is a healthy combination made up of Ragi, Barnyard and Amaranth millet.
